The event starts on Thursday, February 10, with a Welcome Reception. Travel plans should be made for arrival by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday into Key West International Airport (EYW). The planned program ends with our Farewell Extravaganza on Saturday, February 12, with departures planned at your leisure, on Sunday, February 13.
